Call for Flat Belly Diet bloggers

I’ve got lot friends who are obese, those who have bursting 3-layered tummy underneath their shirts. I’ve seen and observed them very well how awful they feel, how bad they look at themselves. It’s a hard struggle for them for everyday of their lives especially when it comes to social and school stigma. There’s always a prejudice by speculation, name calling and such. Going out to canteen is big problem with mockery from the other people. Walking on the corridor seemed like walking on the catwalk of shame for them and they always go behind the crowd when it comes to picture taking. Though there are people who look beyond the looks, it’s very undeniable that obesity is big problem – physically for the risks of other diseases and psychologically with the worse upshot of suicide. But there are ways to eliminate these negative aspects of big tummy problem; first is by the awareness of the inner beauty by identifying and celebrating the inner strength of a person, and secondly, the best solution, is to eliminate the problem – the belly problem. Here comes the Flat Belly Diet: The diet everyone is talking about! Prevention magazine is looking for a select group of women who would like to try the Flat Belly Diet for free.

The Flat Belly Diet is the newest and the trendiest way to get rid of the belly fats of shame. It’s based from the research that there are healthy fats, Monounsaturated Fatty Acids or MUFAs (MOO-fahs), that give the opposite effect of unhealthy saturated and trans fats. MUFAs is a disease-fighting fat that can be found on almonds, olive oil and even in dark chocolate. And according to exciting new research, MUFAs can actually help you lose weight, specifically around your middle!

My technique for a flat stomach (although I don;t have a super flat one): practice tucking your stomach in, at ball times. This works!

Happy weekend sunny!
