I’ve got lot friends who are obese, those who have bursting 3-layered tummy underneath their shirts. I’ve seen and observed them very well how awful they feel, how bad they look at themselves. It’s a hard struggle for them for everyday of their lives especially when it comes to social and school stigma. There’s always a prejudice by speculation, name calling and such. Going out to canteen is big problem with mockery from the other people. Walking on the corridor seemed like walking on the catwalk of shame for them and they always go behind the crowd when it comes to picture taking. the same that i watched last night here about big size people.--kawawa naman sila ni naman nila ginusto atang ganun ang size..but for me mahalaga yung attitude pa din..bestfriend ko is kingsize din but she's nice.
My technique for a flat stomach (although I don;t have a super flat one): practice tucking your stomach in, at ball times. This works!
